Today’s episode is a long long long overdue update on where things are in my world. Despite getting fired in April from caregiving for my mom, I’m still doing a great deal of it. Enough so that I am burnt out and exhausted and most days don’t even know which end is up. I tend to forget the tools that I have, and I am struggling right now to regain my footing. We have had a couple of really good days in a row though, and even though I repeat myself a bit in this episode, I wanted to share with you where we are. I’m realizing I need to share with you some of the heavy days too, because I have a tendency to hide the shadow stuff and that might be helpful to everybody too.

Both my parents have different levels of dementia, my mom is perilously toxic and on the edge of decline at all times, and my medical intuition is on call 24/7 these days. I’m in a real transitional chapter, as a full-time caregiver for my folks, and trying to remember to use all the tools that I know we empaths and intuitives must use to keep our heads above water.

Hi everybody! I went dark for about a month, because of all the heavy energy and some stuff I was processing. That’s a very old trauma response of mine, for sure. As I woke up this morning, I realized I am feeling clearer and more energized and motivated than I have in a very long time, and I felt like I actually had something to say and share with you. Took me a bit to remember my tools, but my light is back on and ready to shine again. Todays episode is dedicated to that light and the energy of love that is our soul’s true frequency.
