Well, it’s been a hot minute since I’ve seen you guys. Since last July, in fact. Been fighting the battle of my life here, but I won! Can’t wait to share it with you.

Today’s episode documents the beautiful morning that I just had with my mom. Unexpected, but incredibly healing. She is in an upswing right now with her dementia, and in such a sweet and alert and loving place. I just wanted to share with you guys some of the magic of our morning together.

Hi everybody! I went dark for about a month, because of all the heavy energy and some stuff I was processing. That’s a very old trauma response of mine, for sure. As I woke up this morning, I realized I am feeling clearer and more energized and motivated than I have in a very long time, and I felt like I actually had something to say and share with you.
