Today’s episode is an exploration of all the heavy energy swirling around me right now, and an explanation of some of the trickier things going on in my life. I didn’t wanna burden anybody, but authentic sharing of the heavy stuff is important too.

Today’s episode airs on the morning of my 56 birthday. I’m at the tail end of my 20 day autoimmune Covid quarantine, and I’m going to go on an adventure with my pet sitting pup today. I’m a little OCD about venturing back out into the world, but ready to see if my taste buds are back online.

Had a big aha moment today, realizing that I have trained for this viral madness my whole life, as a chronically ill/autoimmune person. And I’m actually seeing the gift in having gotten Covid, with all I’ve been able to learn and share and teach about the prevention and recovery process.
