They unpack why fear is often the root of so many of love’s opposites, how culture can subtly shape us through anxiety and performance, and what it looks like to choose love as our formation.

Reading 1 Corinthians 13, they share personal stories of fear and healing, and explore practical ways to “weed” unhealthy thought patterns, renew the mind, and live with more patience, gentleness, and courage.

In today’s episode, we’re pressing pause on our Virtue Series to talk about something we’ve both been processing: how to understand the times we’re living in without getting swept into fear, noise, or constant commentary. We talk about staying anchored in Jesus, resisting the pressure to react, and learning the difference between discernment and a critical spirit.

We also walk through the Fruit of the Spirit, why daily fruit requires daily bread, and how formation + discipleship build stability in unstable times.
