Using Genesis 3 as his text, Steve Coleman examines sin, its pain and consequences on men and women, and finally, God’s great love and mercy to humankind.

On this Mother’s Day Sunday, Steve Coleman reflects on Eve’s role as the mother of all Living. Even though she experienced humanity’s first encounters with sin and death, she was also given an exciting promise from God. Her seed would continue and would crush evil once and for all. Jessica Smith shares her experience as a young mother dealing with the loss of miscarriage. Through her experiences she learned that God will always fulfill His promises, even if they look differently, and more difficult than originally expected.

In his last message as the pastor of New Hope Chapel, Justin Hibbard shares some of the lessons he has learned in ministry over the past decade. He takes a look at the rich young ruler in Luke 18. The young ruler was interested in the end result of his life, but Jesus cares about the process of our living life through Him. Justin shares that he has learned that the most important thing is to love God, and as we engage with Christ our hearts are transformed and we begin to share God’s desires for us.

In this message, Steve Coleman covers Philippians 2:12-18. After we find salvation in Christ, we continue to live in Him and understand the fullness of life He brings. We have access to the God of the universe, and He sustains us as we live. As we live our life in light of our salvation, the character of Christ shows through in everything we do.

Justin Hibbard covers Philippians 4:10-23 and tackles the subjects of missions, ministry, and money and how they connect to contented living in Christ. When we believe and trust that God will meet and exceed our needs, we can cheerfully and generously give as participants in His Kingdom.

Scott Schuler focuses on steadfastness and unity within the Body of Christ in his message on Philippians 4:1-9. Jesus desires His followers to share in fellowship as a church body. As the Body of Christ, we are indwelled by Christ and we are enveloped in His love. God uses us as living stones to build His Kingdom

On this Easter Sunday, Julie Coleman turns our focus to the Resurrection of Christ. As believers, we can take heart in the enormity of what God did when He brought Jesus back from the dead. The Resurrection is a main component of the Gospel we believe. It proves that our faith in God is well-founded, that we have forgiveness in Him, and that we may live in peace and hope forevermore.

Julie Coleman continues our series in Philippians: Living in Light of Heaven. As she covers Philippians 3:15-21, Julie teaches on thinking like a citizen of heaven. As citizens of the Kingdom of God, our relationship with Jesus transforms our minds and hearts. We learn to have the mind of Christ and gain the perceptions that align with His holy character.
