In this week's sermon Pastor Matt preached out of 1Thessalonians 5:16-22. Working off of a phrase that Pastor Dylon ended his sermon with last week, pastor Matt talked about what it looks like to seek God in the season of Lent, with the Cross casting a shadow over this journey. 

 

In the last week of our Worship Grow and Go series Pastor Dylon talked about seeing those that need help and going to them. Learning to step out is a key element of the call we have as Christians, it's not about our resources or understanding, instead we see what God can do with a little.  

Pastor Dylon filled in for Pastor Matt last minute due to illness and preached a great sermon on finding comfort and rest in God's provision. Looking at Exodus 16, Pastor Dylon contrasted the ways of God with the ways of empire showing us how we tend towards the practices of Egypt.
