Seems as though this has been a year of conspiracies! We've have 5G, Covid vaccines, US elections and more - all of which have sprouted countless conspiracies. In this episode, listen to me and Jonny Maunders and Bertie Traill (2 of the 3 members from ThisDangerousPodcast) discuss how conspiracies arise, what impact they have on people and society and whether they are good or bad for us!

All we hear is how in our twenties we have to "grind" and "work hard" and put yourself before anyone else... I think its time to hear what its like to be more selfless, not throw everything into your work and to have a family instead. In this episode I interview my close friend about having a wife and kid and how its not always about putting yourself first and maybe having a family can be beautiful as well as a bit scary.!

In this episode I look into the self help industry with a focus on the fake business gurus out there who try to sell you all sorts of nonsense courses. I'll also be sharing a bit about my experience and how I ventured into the self help world. 

In this episode a friend and I will be discussing the impacts of Covid and lockdown on mental health and feelings of loneliness. Then We will be looking at how we stay positive in these situations and whether there is anything extra we can do! 

So to kick us off... thought I'd discuss something I've ventured into for the last year and that is dating apps! Are they good or or are they bad and should we continue to use them? They are a huge part of single life these days so lets assess the pros and cons of the concept of dating apps as a whole
