We discuss new legislation to  increase the productivity & volume of women in the workforce by mandating accommodations to those who can't perform some or all of their job function due to pregnancy, childbirth, or a related condition. This is not a black or white anti-discrimination law & has a multitude of secondary effects. We explain the economic impact in terms of society as a whole & for individual employers.
