New Life Christian Fellowship Jacksonville Sermon of the Week

In this urgent and passionate message, Pastor Paul Zink II sounds a prophetic alarm to the church: we are living in the last of the last days, and it’s time to raise the standard of truth. From Matthew 24 to Daniel’s vision of advancing knowledge, Pastor Paul lays out biblical signs pointing to the soon return of Christ—wars, deception, global unrest, and a world moving toward a cashless society. Yet in the midst of chaos, we are called not to shrink back, but to stand boldly, lift up the banner of the Lord, and live out our faith with clarity and courage.

This message is a rallying cry to return to the authority of Scripture, to stand firm in sound doctrine, and to be unashamed ambassadors of Jesus Christ in a culture of compromise. Are you ready? Will your life be a visible song of truth?

Pastor Paul Zink II brings fresh revelation from the story of the thief on the cross, highlighting Jesus’ powerful words: “Today you will be with me in paradise.” What does it mean to be truly remembered by God? More than just recalling, it’s about being restored—put back together where life has dismembered us. Through the lens of Luke 23 and Psalm 22, Pastor Paul explores how communion is not just a ritual, but a holy moment to realign with God’s original intent for our lives. This message calls every believer to personal examination, forgiveness, and a return to unity in the body of Christ.

In this stirring Memorial Day weekend message, Pastor Paul Zink II reflects on the legacy of sacrifice—both national and spiritual—and the power of generational obedience to God. From honoring fallen soldiers to remembering the blood of martyrs who carried the gospel to new lands, this sermon challenges listeners to recognize the cost behind our freedoms and faith.
Pastor Paul draws powerful connections between America’s history, the voice of blood that cries out from the ground, and the ongoing call for this generation to rise and walk in God’s purpose. He shares the prophetic significance of Fort Caroline—the site of the first Protestant prayer in America—and exhorts the Church not to let revival die in the name of convenience.

In this Mother’s Day sermon, Pastor Paul Zink II begins by honoring mothers, acknowledging both the joy and heartache the day can bring for those navigating loss, strained relationships, or unmet longings. He transitions into reflections on God’s universal love, drawing from personal travels to diverse cultures like Honduras, Moldova, and Africa, emphasizing humanity’s shared need for connection and divine purpose. The heart of the message centers on King Hezekiah (2 Kings 18-19), a leader who triumphed through unwavering faithfulness. Pastor Paul highlights Hezekiah’s courage in reopening the temple, restoring worship, and trusting God during an Assyrian siege. Key lessons include:

• Faithfulness as strength: Consistency in prayer, worship, and obedience builds spiritual resilience.
• Countering trials with God’s Word: Like Hezekiah, believers must “hold fast” to God’s promises, even in despair.
• Miracles through persistence: Hezekiah’s healing (Isaiah 38) illustrates how prayer and perseverance invite divine intervention.

The sermon closes with a call to speak life over challenges, trust God’s timing, and embrace both spiritual and practical steps (like medical care) in overcoming adversity. A powerful reminder that victory comes through steadfast faith and the courage to “counterpunch” life’s battles with Scripture.

In this heartfelt sermon, Pastor Paul Zink II tackles the pitfalls of division and pride within the church, starting with a striking real-life example: a congregation split over the spelling of hallelujah. With wisdom and urgency, he calls believers to refocus on God’s relentless mercy, exploring themes from Psalm 145’s declaration of God’s enduring compassion to Hosea’s radical pursuit of Gomer—a metaphor for Christ’s unwavering love for His people. Pastor Paul challenges listeners to reject self-righteousness, embrace humility, and let grace—not trivial disputes—define their faith. From confronting modern distractions like social media-driven ministry to urging the church to embody Christ’s love in a fractured world, this message is a clarion call to prioritize unity, mercy, and the transformative power of God’s pursuit. Whether you’re wrestling with church hurt, spiritual complacency, or the desire to live authentically for Christ, this sermon equips you to trade judgment for grace and fan the flame of faith in a world hungry for hope.
