We all experienced moments of being ashamed about the words or behavior of ourselves, family, friends or even coworkers. There is one thing, however, that believers should never be ashamed about and that’s the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Is salvation hereditary? Can we be saved simply because our relatives are saved? The short and long answer is a resounding “No.” God’s sovereign plan of salvation is fair because we are held accountable for our actions and decisions.
