In part 2 of his message, Who Are We Becoming? Ps. Jocel Evangelista reminds us that God did not save us just to be mere decoration on His shelf. He called us for a purpose, and our intention of fulfilling that purpose is the only acceptable response to the gift of of salvation we have received.

The Word of God is given to us so we can grow and mature in our Christian walk. We need to be intentional in studying and applying the Word of God in our life so that we can experience bring fruitful and be a good testimony for God.

Ang Salita ng Diyos ay ibinigay sa atin upang tayo ay lumago at tumanda sa ating Kristiyanong paglalakad. Kailangan nating maging sinasadya sa pag-aaral at pagsasabuhay ng Salita ng Diyos sa ating buhay upang maranasan nating magbunga at maging mabuting patotoo para sa Diyos.

Ang naisin ng Diyos ay magpahinga tayo sa lahat ng ginawa ni Hesus sa krus para maranasan natin ang ginawa Niya sa muling pagkabuhay. Ang muling pagkabuhay ni Hesus ay hindi lamang nagbibigay sa atin ng karanasang nagpapatunay nito kasama pa ang kapangyarihang tayo mismo ay patotoo.

In his message “Who Are We Becoming?”, Ps. Jocel Evangelista encourages us to live an intentional life—to live with the end in mind, just as Jesus did.

Eto ang istorya ng pagtubos ng Diyos sa atin. Intentional sya sa pagpapakita ng kanyang pagmamahal sa atin.

It’s more than a ritual, it’s a declaration of what you’ve left behind and what you are now born into. It’s a happy Sunday as we celebrate with our church family who were baptized, testifying to the Christ-life in them! The best is yet to come!
