In today's passage, we see Saul increasing in anger, jealousy, fear, and hatred towards the young warrior David. We notice how he misinterprets people's words.
We watch him create awful plans to hurt others. When anger gets a hold of us, it distorts us. We don't understand accurately and we start to act out our misguided reality.
It's awful, but it is very human. Let's ponder a different way together.
