New Month New Start May 1

I'm just sharing with my new goals for the Month of May - on May 1.  We are going to be making some changes to the podcast.  I'm a going to try to go back to three a week,  it will be a little more work, but I need to get some income from the podcast.  I do this for fun, but its not free.  

Also I weighed this morning and I'm back up to 177 which is 11 lbs more than what I weighed in November so my goal for May is 5 pounds and I will be going back to do Keto.
