Happy New Year, friend. 

As the year turns, we stand between what we’re building and what we dare to imagine next. In today's episode, we start from the luminous darkness of last month's winter solstice and dark moon, then move into a Capricorn new moon that insists on real containers for our values.  From there, Aquarius season arrives with its clear air, inviting radical authenticity linked to collective care. It’s the moment to choose one seed worth tending, one structure that keeps you honest, and one way your gift serves more than yourself. 

I share how Capricorn’s sea goat helps us climb with integrity while staying fluent in our emotional depths, transforming intention into legacy through daily practice and steady boundaries. Then we widen the lens with Aquarius, the visionary current that blends independence with activism, encouraging innovation that centers justice and community, building a better world that doesn't just live in our dreams. The moon’s slide into Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, adds an otherworldly, intuitive tone, which illuminates possibility and brings imagination into form. 

I plant some seeds for 2026, including a sharper focus on shadow work which starts with next episode's guest ~ Dr. Keren Sofer, a dear friend and psychologist who is passionate about shame and takes us on a deep dive into the elements and relational purpose of it.  This thread runs through everything here: when we turn toward what we were taught to avoid, we stop letting it steer from the dark.
