When your routine starts to feel stale, not serving you - it's time for a change.  In Episode 5, I shared my morning routine and at that time - it was serving me. After months of starting my day in the exact same way, it was time to switch it up. 

In this episode I share what my current morning routine looks like, step by step. Hopefully me sharing what I do and why, helps you find a routine that works for you and feeds your soul. Starting the day with quiet time to yourself isn’t selfish, it’s a necessity!  You can’t give what you don’t have. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so you shouldn’t feel guilty filling your cup first so you can give your best to those you love the most.
