It is the start of our TENTH year of the show! It’s crazy, thank you for your support and for listening as we take a deep dive every week into what’s happening in the Kansas City music community.

Through half of November and all of December our show was filled with special guests and BEST OF programming, so we’ve got some catching up to do on new and recent releases. Hear music from these acts with upcoming gigs:

• Chris Hudson & the Cruelest Months on Thursday at The Pairing: Crossroads Wine & Grocer

• Kadesh Flow on Thursday at Nighthawk and on Saturday morning, playing a kids show for MTC Kids Jam in the Polsky Theatre at Midwest Trust Center at Johnson County Community College

• The Roseline for their album release show on February 2 at The Bottleneck

• Carswell & Hope at Cider Gallery in Lawrence on February 14

• Quiet Takes for their album release show on February 24 along with Sara Swenson at Knuckleheads (but it’s already sold out!)

We’ll also hear new and recent releases from a collaboration by The Greeting Committee and Post Sex Nachos, a recent release from Hembree, we’ll hear from a new project from Kate Cosentino, and we’ll hear some great jangly pop from Erik Voeks' new and amazing album.
