I share my own personal journey of implementing human design principles into my business, and how it completely shifted my results. Human design is a modality that reveals your unique design and purpose here on Earth. It combines ancient systems with modern science to provide insights into your energy and how you can navigate the world.

In this episode, we explore the four human design types: generators, manifestors, projectors, and reflectors. Each type has its own strengths and superpowers. 

Generators and manifesting generators are here to find satisfaction and fulfilment in their work. We discuss the importance of waiting to respond and following your passion as a generator.

Projectors, on the other hand, are natural guides and have a bird's eye view of how things can be done more efficiently. We delve into the power of recognition and invitations for projectors, and how they can leverage their gifts in their business.

Manifestors are here to do something different and initiate growth. Manifestors are encouraged to trust their intuition, and create a business that allows for their unique energy and creative expression.

Lastly, we touch on reflectors, who make up only 1% of the population. Reflectors have a unique ability to reflect back what is and isn't working in their community. We discuss the importance of creating a business model that allows for rest and slow decision-making for reflectors.

In this episode, we explore how having a values-based business is essential for authenticity and alignment. 

I reflect on my own journey as a "baby coach" entering the business world and feeling like a fish out of water. I realised that I was looking outside of myself for answers, trying to mimic what others were doing, instead of tapping into my own values and authenticity. This disconnect between my values and my business made it challenging in the early days.

A values-based business means that your values are at the core of everything you do. Your business model, branding, messaging, and offers all reflect your values. When you operate from this place of alignment, you tap into true authenticity and inspire others to do the same.

We explore the importance of personal and organisational values and how they should align and integrate. Your personal values create the foundation for your business identity, shaping your priorities and guiding principles. If there's a disconnect between your values and the way you do business, it can block abundance from flowing to you.

Building a value-based business comes with many advantages. When in alignment, your business becomes an expression of your highest potential and true essence. You love doing business and feel inspired and creative because it aligns with who you truly are. 

I also address the misconception that having a feminine, flowy business means you can skip the necessary business foundations. Business foundations, such as having an offer, selling, and marketing, are non-negotiables and crucial for success.

Welcome to the first episode of New Paradigm Business! I’m Stacey Beauglehole, your host and new paradigm business mentor on this journey towards a new way of doing business. In today's episode, I’ll be sharing my personal journey and the inspiration behind this podcast.

My journey started in childhood, watching my mother struggle financially after my parents separated. This experience deeply impacted me and motivated me to never be financially reliant on another person. I became hyper-independent and focused on creating a safe and secure life for myself.

As I grew older, I realised that embracing my uniqueness and authenticity as a soulpreneur was the key to finding both success and fulfilment. I wanted to bridge the gap between practical business strategies and spiritual growth, and lead the new paradigm shift in business.

Through this podcast, I hope to inspire and guide soulpreneurs and New Earth leaders on their own journeys, by sharing valuable insights and strategies from myself and my guests. Our aim is to build businesses aligned with our values and authenticity, and make a positive impact in the world.

I believe that this is an important time for a collective shift, ascension, and awakening. More people are awakening to their soul's purpose and are called to serve through their businesses. The old paradigm of business, focused solely on material possessions and external recognition, no longer resonates with us. We seek deeper meaning and connection.

In this podcast, we will explore the shift from the old business paradigm to the new paradigm, where creativity and connection are prioritised. I’ll also be sharing my personal journey from a traditional accounting career to embracing a new path aligned with my soul’s calling.
