Today we speak with Danielle Shea, Marketing and Communications Director of the Dubuque Y. She graduated from UWGB in 2019 with a bachelors in communications. She shares with us her experiences during her college career and how things she learned then helped her manage in her job today.

Derek Flannery joins us on this episode to talk about his journey as a student and now college grad. He shares his experiences, internships, and success tips in the hope that other students can succeed and challenge themselves as much as he did.
