New report tries to prepare Wisconsin for climate change
The Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change Impacts, or WICCI, has issued its 2026 Assessment report – which lays out what Wisconsinites can expect as the state heads towards a wetter, warmer future.
Steve Vavrus is a senior scientist at the Center for Climatic Research and co-director of WICCI. He sat down with News Director Nate Carlin earlier today to discuss the report, and climate change in Wisconsin more generally.
