Jonah Charles shared powerfully on Sunday, August 8th about what it means to seek God's glory rather than our own when using spiritual gifts in His service.

Romans 12:4-8-- "For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully."

Love is the greatest gift; it is what empowers our other gifts to build up the body of Christ. 

We must become a people who are obsessed with the spiritual formation off togetherness, until together, we are a "Whole Human".

What does Jesus mean when he says that we must become like children to enter the Kingdom of Heaven? How does this affect our community? 

"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of your to the interests of the others."
