Today we begin to talk about Jesus as our Great High Priest. We will look at the human high priesthood and how Jesus was appointed as such by God the Father according to the order of Melchizedek.

Tonight we looked at the first part of Samson's life. The situation surrounding his birth and the beginning of his life as a judge over Israel and his initial victories and mistakes.

Today we look at how we can boldly approach the throne of grace through Jesus our great High Priest who passed through the heavens for us. When we do we will obtain mercy and find grace to help at just the right time.

We went through the book of Jude for a special Wednesday message. Jude speaks of the importance of contending for the faith and being weary of false teachers-

The Word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword. This is our focus today, the Word of God and the importance of the Word in our lives as followers of Christ.
