This I episode I talk about my previous profession as a loan officer and a more beneficial resource than using a payday loan. “Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” -Hippocrates
This episode I talk about being the generation that turns it around for our grandchildren and their grandchildren. The Mayan calendar being a turning point in time leading out of the dark age into a golden age. Gardening to connect with your food and nature. The importance of taking care of the little thing such as proper sleep, eating, breathing, meditation, and relationships to keep ourselves thriving, and how taking care of the little things balance a range of key areas in life. Focusing on success compared to focusing on failure. Connecting with your food and my own experience of eating with my hands changing my relationship with what I put in my body. In a time where you can look up your own symptoms and ailments as well as having access to the best nutrition available via the internet and local community efforts (if living in a well populated area) we can cure most of the ailments with food, nutrition, exercise, and putting the right stresses on our body like cold and hot therapy. Enjoy!

Loving life and how that creates abundance for yourself and the world around you. Connecting with the food we eat and the water we drink by learning how its made and how it's processed before it enters your mouth. This episode I talk about how having good relationships is the biggest success factor for good testosterone levels, but also setting yourself up for success by managing your diet by including the correct foods that promote healthy T levels, as well as excluding highly processes foods, GMO, and non-organic foods that are proven to lower your T levels through hormones and pesticides. Since GMO seeds are created to stop producing fertile seeds after a couple of generations, if does it effect our own fertility and hormone levels. Our body acting as an antenna, and the experiments my brothers and I would do to extend signals from radios, wifi signals, and keyless entry signals to cars. How cell towers, wifi routers, and cell phones have an effect on our minds, bodies, and specifically hormone levels. How no matter how strong you are, you are sensitive to blue lights from stopping melatonin production. The study that shows how eating specific nuts provide males with higher sperm counts and motility. People who go through head trauma, or suffering from PTSD being cured by getting their hormone levels to a normal level rather than taking medication for the symptoms.
