It’s been a hot minute, hey?!

I needed time to recalibrate, refresh, and refine what I’m actually putting out into the world - and I’m so ready to show up here in a new way.

Honestly? I hit a point where I didn’t want to just add more noise. There’s a lot of surface-level talk out there, and I wanted to make damn sure that what I’m sharing here is lived, embodied, and actually valuable - not recycled ideas or performative insight.

I always want to show up here as authentically as I can. And the truth is, many parts of me have died over the last few years. Which is why I deleted episodes I no longer resonated with and made space for something more aligned. Not erasing the past - but honouring my growth, my soul.

I’ve felt so much support from you here over the years, and I truly can’t thank you enough for that. It means more than you know. I’m genuinely excited for what’s coming next and for the depth we’re about to move through together.
