New Year...New You? NO! Goals? Resolutions? Intentions? A word of the year? 

We are getting bombarded by this information in January, it happens every year but how can we fill in the gaps in the conversation? 

Pinpoint where the noise is coming from...most likely you guessed it, social media. You might be falling into confirmation bias which is the “tendency to process information by looking for or interpreting information that is consistent with one’s existing beliefs” 

Change is inevitable. But can we approach it from the the Curious Middleground?

TWO MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS to reflect on: 

1. What held you together this past year (2020)?
2. What is one thing you KNOW needs your attention in 2021?

Using a curiosity lens when managing your consumption of conflicting dialogue, inspo, and advice

1. Why do I respond the way that I do?
2. Am I protecting myself from disappointment I need to feel?
3. Do I actually NEED this advice/want the life of this person?
