Are you ready for the New Year!? It's the eve of 2020, and for today's episode I wanted to take a few minutes to reflect on the past year and past decade. I share some of the highs (and lows) from the past 10 years, I give you some things to chew on as you reflect on the past year, and I leave you with a few intentions and words to inspire and empower you to 2020 and beyond. I'm so grateful for everything we experienced together in 2019, and am super excited for everything we have come up in 2020!
