As we near the end of 2022, I decided to take a look back and reflect on the year. Not only do I take you along on the ride that is my life, from January to December, but I also give you the tools to do this yourself. As an avid journaler, and reflection extraordinaire, I have a little routine I do at the end of each year. I think its important to take a beat, figure out what the last 365 days meant to you, and then look forward to the new year. Reflection is my favorite thing in this world, second to living and experiencing the things I now get to reflect on. So I hope you can use the knowledge from this episode as a blueprint to look at your own life happenings, and the ups and downs that come with this human experience. The belief in clean slates, resolutions, time ending, and beginning, like it does with a new year, is such a cute thing we do.
