Happy New Year to all my listeners. At the beginning of every year I like to reflect on myself and my situation. What doesn't work, what I want to change about myself, what things I enjoyed doing and what I want to do more of. What things that I didn't enjoy and want to do less of next year.
Join me on this podcast as I review myself and set myself some personal goals for 2026. If you are doing this yourself remember to make sure they are SMART, specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed. If you set yourself an unrealistic goal you are less likely to achieve it and it won't have the desired affect.
