Time for a coupla beers with the boys. This week Mitch & Age welcomed their very first guests into the studio. What better duo to pop the cherry than Paul Clemente and Jackson Kew, co-owners of Empower Club, and the team responsible for Age's rig.

Empower Club (@empowerclubofficial) is one of Melbourne's best functional group training gyms, headed up by these beautiful strapping men. Inspired by New Years resolutions and everyone's current quest for self improvement, Mitch & Age thought they'd pull the boys in to chat all things fitness, health, nutrition and business ownership.

Inviting two straight men into the studio was always going to be a task but the result is a bumper episode of giggles, screams, swearing and pure chaos (the straights are so dramatic). If you listen really closely you might even learn something. The MOTM team were so grateful to have Paul and Jacko in the studio to for a chat this week. And Mitch & Age were happy to return the favour and explain to them how to douche.
