Welcome back!
This year the girls are re-framing the idea of New Years resolutions and instead setting intentions.
The difference being to enjoy the process of the intention as opposed to being goal orientated and attached to the outcome of a resolution, leaving them feeling like failures.
This is the year to rebuild what they really want after the destruction of last year and of course have a laugh a long the way.
