As 2026 approaches, it’s a wonderful time to reflect on the past year and set new intentions. Paramhansa Yogananda inspired us to make resolutions that focus not just on physical changes, like diets and exercise, but on transforming our consciousness, which is a more lasting impact. I’ve found clarity in my own goal of becoming a jivan mukta—free from the ego. To help me on this journey, I’ve identified key changes, including improving my meditation and starting a journaling habit to hold myself accountable. While everyone’s path may differ, this personalized approach has offered me a clearer vision for the year ahead. Here’s to a fabulous 2026!
