Welcome to this weeks episode of the podcast that happens to land on the 1st of January of the new year = 2024! I wanted to start this years podcast episode with tips to implement into your daily/weekly routine to improve your health and wellness.


There are several tips in which I dive deeper on in this podcast, but keep in mind you don't have to implement them all at once. My recommendation is to choose a few that resonate with you or that you have been wanting to try for awhile and start with those for a bit and then add more as it feels accessible to you.
