At the beginning of 2024, I set the intention to "focus on the process rather than the result." In congruence with that intention, I also chose one word I wanted to embody: Courage.

This week's episode recaps the surprising results of 2024's experiment, as well as diving into my intentions for 2025.

I know that things look really scary in the world right now, but I want everyone to remember that we get to choose what we focus on. Setting an intention for this year will give you something to send your awareness to when the world feels too big and too scary.

I will always be here, and one of the main goal's of this podcast is to create a community so that more people can feel seen and heard. My goal is to always be a place where you can come to find hope at most and a distraction at the least. Remember that it is an act of rebellion to create and find joy during times of struggle. I am here, and I am not going anywhere.
