Then, I discuss 5 things as food for thought to help you address some of the deeper, unconscious mechanisms at play that undermine your efforts to change your habits for the better. These are:

  1. You manifest who you are, not what you want
  2. Find a way to like it (the new habit)
  3. Letting go by determining how your bad habit is still serving you 
  4. Find a way to be repulsed by your bad habit
  5. Surround yourself with positive influences
