New Year's Resolutions - do they work?

Shane and Lizzie Martinez own a gym in El Paso Texas called Sun City Athletic Club and are both certified personal trainers. On the side Shane and Lizzie have made a career with fitness modeling and bodybuilding, being published in magazines, winning multiple bodybuilding shows, and becoming BSN Sponsored athletes. They also run a local fitness festival/expo every year called the LiveFitEP Fitness Festival with 5 live sporting events. Lizzie is an IFBB Professional bikini competitor. Together they love to share their passion for health & fitness all around the world and help as many people as possible to Live Fit.
