As we come to the end of the year I feel like there is always this one thing that everyone talks about and that my friends is new year's resolutions. We all know that most create a load of goals to make themselves "feel better" or they're just trying to accomplish so many things? Do all of these goals/plans get achieved? Or do they actually set you up for failure?
* also, I apologize for background noise that involved the mic and cord :)
