Picking out a new year's resolutions can be tricky, especially when your dealing with a mental health illness. So, in this week's episode I go over five different ones you can choose from and focus on to help you get through the year. I know that 2020 and 2021 have been rough and deciding to even make a new year's resolution would be the last thing on your mind since this new year is so unknown. But if there's one thing that you can and should be focusing on this year it is your mental health. Focus on the things you can control and try to let go of the things you can't control.
