Everyone makes a new year’s resolution, right? Well maybe? But for me I’ve found it extremely unproductive to make new year’s resolutions that I will never stick to or making ones that aren’t good for my mental health. So, I want to share with you today something that I’ve changed in the last few years that have seemed to help me reach for my goals and dreams more productively then trying to stick with new year’s resolutions that make me feel like crap when I don’t accomplish them. Hoping some of these tips and tricks can help you out if you feel like your stuck in that resolution rut and help you figure out what’s going to work for you in this new year.
