New Year's Resolutions: Why You Should STOP Making Them
2022 is almost here (wow) and NOW is the time of year where people start to think about making their New Year's resolutions.
Have you thought about what you are want to "resolve" in 2022? What if I told you...you should NOT make New Year's Resolutions?! You are actually doing yourself more harm than good by making resolutions...and I have a different perspective you may want to start incorporating into your life during this time of year.
During this episode, Emmy shares the importance of making New Year's Revelations instead of New Year's Resolutions.
Although it's important to think about what you want to accomplish in the new year....making New Year's resolutions is NOT the same as setting goals, but many people think it is. Instead think of what you want to be revealed to you in 2022 as opposed to something needing to be resolved.
Start by choosing a theme for the coming year...to give you the direction you're looking for in the new year. It can be as simple as choosing one word to guide you throughout the whole year. The REVELATION you receive will be linked to your purpose, theme, and vision for what will be an amazing 2022.
