Lou's first caller Ryan, who owns an apartment in New York, left in March of 2020 and after being away for over 18 months is finally returning to the city, albeit a different one than the one he left. He asks Lou for advice to those moving back to the city that has dramatically changed and become more dangerous and crime-ridden. 

Lou's Zoom guest Rich Hopkins is known as the "King of Extreme." He has over 30 years of stunt coordinating in the entertainment business and owns his own stunt and action sports company in Las Vegas called

"Thrillseekers Unlimited." They discuss the Alec Baldwin situation on the movie set of "Rust" and what protocols to follow when handling firearms on movie sets.
