The Secret Service’s first account of how one of its agents shot dead a dog in Brooklyn was as wrong as a fake $100 bill. The agency admitted yesterday that the dog shot dead by an off-duty agent was on a leash after all. The feds initially said the female Belgian Shepherd, named Bambi, was not leashed when she was shot on Caton Place in Windsor Terrace at Monday evening.
