A panel of real estate professionals examine whether or not there exixts a real estate bubble, taking into account perceptions refleced in the media as well as economic and demographic trends.


The event is introduced by Mark F. Pomykacz.


Speakers include Peter F. Korpacz, Director, Global Strategic Real Estate Research Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP; Robert A. Knakal, Founding Partner, Massey Knakal Realty Services; and Frank E. Nothaft, Chief Economist, Freddie Mac.


The event is presented jointly by the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College.
