“Behold, I am coming quickly!” In this sermon, Apostle Russell Toohey makes the case that Christ’s return is near and imminent. Christ's return is a wedding! Apostle Hilton Toohey, founder of New Zion Ministries International, picks up from the opening night with a sobering word: unless the Spirit leads this movement, it will not last. Whatever man starts without the Spirit revolves around himself, but whatever the Spirit starts revolves around people. A call to receive the second gift, the anointing that carries us from knowing a gift to flowing in it, and a closing glimpse of the Spirit preparing the Bride of Christ.

Apostle Russell Toohey opens PROCLAIM 2026 with one conviction: God's plan is to use every one to reach everybody, and He does it by turning individuals into movements. From Abraham to Jesus and the twelve, the pattern is always generations, and the call is to make disciples who make disciples rather than simply grow a church.

Evangelism and disciple-making can be discouraging — but we underestimate the power of pursuit. In this message, Apostle Russell Toohey, frames witness as partnering with God, the relentless "Hound of Heaven" who seeks the lost as Jesus sought Zacchaeus and the shepherd sought the one sheep. Peter and John ran to the empty tomb; we're called to the same hunger. He closes with seven practical pursuits: Christlikeness, evangelism, godly family, love for the church, quality friendships, hearing God's voice, and lasting fruit over busyness. Like David at Ziklag, those who pursue will recover all.

No one is discipled alone. Using the Apostle Paul — writer of thirteen epistles and the church's greatest missionary — this message, by Apostle Russell Toohey, shows that even his greatness depended on the links on either side of him. Gamaliel trained him, Ananias restored his sight and baptised him, and Barnabas vouched for him and drew him into ministry, before Paul poured himself into sons like Timothy and Titus.
