Today's special guest is David Ralic, once a restaurant owner, transitioned into real estate as both an investor and a real estate agent. He started as an agent selling REOs and now he owns several businesses that go hand in hand with one another. He has his own brokerage for retail real estate sales, a wholesaling company for investors, and a flip and hold business. He goes over what first steps he would do if he were to start all over again. Today’s on the Newbie Real Estate Investors podcast, we have special guest, Mike Zuber, a real estate investor who has been through the recession and invests in two classes of real estate, single family homes in California and then eventually 1031 exchanges into larger apartment complexes. This has been a tried and true strategy for him which has allowed him to amass a great fortune. This week we meet up with Nick Tang who runs the largest Real Estate Meetup event in the NYC, New Jersey and Philadelphia.  Nick, tells us how he came to the US when he was young.  Nick was always an entrepreneur since he was a teenager and how he overcame his shortcomings, with ADHD, Autism and a host of other things.  He was the founder of Hot Import Nights, He tells us of how he started in Real Estate and how he grew to what he is today.

On today’s episode of the Newbie REI podcast, we interviewed Javier Suarez, CEO of Real Step, Suarez Capital and Investments.  Javier runs one of runs one of the largest Wholesaling companies in the US, doing business in multiple markets across the US, founded by Raphael Vargas.   Javier is in charge of the day to day activities of Real Step. On Episode 21, James Park started his real estate career over 6 years ago. As a young adult, his home was actually flipped by an HGTV-like show and it really sparked his interest. He got started in real estate while working full time as a Pharmacist and quickly decided to leave his “cushy” job to work solely on real estate. Overall, James gives many incredible tips and speaks on how he’s been able to scale his business to where it is today and buy back his time for more important things such as family. 

Holly is a real estate investor in the local area that started her career while working a full time job. She’s acquired a couple smaller 2-4 unit properties, but her intentions aren’t to stop there. She’s looking to acquire larger apartment complexes through syndications. She definitely has the drive and the resume for it as she started working at corporate jobs as a teenager and has been working for syndicators in several roles.
