Voters will decide on a $510 million-dollar bond proposition that would help fund critical improvements to streets, sidewalks, bridges, drainage, public facilities, and affordable housing through existing taxes. Also hanging in the balance is $3 million for the 9th Ward Stadium, a new football/track & field/soccer stadium that seats 4,000 and serves all public schools throughout the eastern part of New Orleans.
