As we continue our series in the book of Ephesians, the Apostle Paul encourages us to leave behind our old lives and old ways of thinking and allow the Holy Spirit to transform our lives, and be made new in the likeness of Jesus.

As we continue through the book of Ephesians, we come across a path to perfection. The Apostle Paul describes a prayer for the saints, and in it, we discover one of God's most important ways.

This message tells the story of how Jesus took outsiders like us and brought us together with God's people- Israel- and made us one new family. Because of the cross of Jesus, we who were out are now in. We belong to Jesus and He will never turn anyone away.

Today we will look at what our spiritual condition was before Christ came into our lives and what it speaks of the destiny and calling God has for each of us who believe.

In the first chapter, he outlines a prayer he has for the saints in Jesus Christ there in Ephesus. Today we will discuss the importance of that prayer for the life of the saint and the church in 2025.
