This weekend is Easter and we'd love to invite you to join us online as we celebrate and give thanks! We may be a church scattered, but together we get to gather to remember the resurrection of Christ and rejoice!

We'll be gathering at 8am, 10am, 4pm and 6pm on both Good Friday and Easter Sunday to share and celebrate the overflow of hope we have in Jesus!

Even though we’ll be in our homes, we’re blessed to have technology that will allow us to worship and share in communion together on Good Friday. Communion commemorates the sacrificial death of Jesus: that He loved us so much that he gave his life for us. This year we’re privileged to remember all He has done, so we’d love to invite you to to prepare the elements of communion - all you’ll need is a symbol of the body of Christ: bread, crackers, biscuits, - and a symbol of the blood of Christ: grape juice, apple juice, wine (fermented or non-fermented).

Before the coming of Christ was the reign of David. A shepherd who would become a King and start a line of rulers which God promised would never leave the throne of Israel. However, these rulers would stumble, fall, and fail. Until another King would come along, who would take on the mantle of shepherd.

David was described as a man after God’s own heart, and in his story we see not only similarities to Christ but how a man after God’s own heart still deals with struggles, failures, success and triumph. But in David’s own shortcomings we can also sense a longing for a greater man, more faithful shepherd and better King. David not only exemplifies a model for how to live as a man of God, he also points prophetically forward to the coming, life and reign of Christ.
