Katie Iles shared with us on the Acts 29 Church and how the Holy Spirit can prompt us for small steps of obedience and invites us to be a part of His plan.

On Sunday, Mike invited us to experience the power of the transforming work of God. "We need to ask ourselves if we are experiencing the transforming work of God. Because it doesn't make sense to the world when people say they're following Jesus and nothing about their life changes. When people encounter Jesus, it's like a stick encountering the fire. They can never be left the same again."

A message from Stu Cameron on the power of God to unify his church, particulary in those moments where difference threatens division.

Jon Morris shares on the power of evangelism. The greatest single cause of atheism in the world today is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips and walk out the door and deny Him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable. The more time we spend with God, the more we become like Him. The more we become like Him, the more we see God working in our lives. The more we see God working in our lives, the more others see it too.

Mike Hands preached a fantastic sermon on the power to see miracles.

"You can't be a Christian unless you believe in miracles, because the only way you became a Christian was by the greatest miracle of all."

Stu Cameron preached at our 24th Anniversary service at Newlife Uniting Robina. He spoke from Acts and the story of sending out Paul & Barnabas. After which, he announced that we will be sending out Mike & Sarah Hands to lead Newlife Brisbane.

Michael Hands asks the question "Why do we gather on Sundays". Is it the free coffee, the free daycare, the music, the motivating message? What separates us as Christians from other similar gatherings across the world?

Stu Cameron shares on how we as the church are called to be a colony of heaven in a country of death. The Holy Spirit is not poured out on His church so that we can get spiritual goose-bumps the tenth time we sing 'Shout to the Lord'. But, we will be blessed as and when we proclaim and lift up the name of Jesus.

Brad Foote preached at our Crossroads Sunday services where our Crossroads and Sunday congregations came together. Brad talked about our community and the idea that the more multifaceted we are, the more we represent the kingdom of God and the image of God. It is such a privilege to be part of a church community that celebrates unity in our diversity.

RZIM Speaker Dan Patterson was our very special guest speaker this Sunday outlining through his personal journey of discovery why both science, history and reason all point o the existence and reality of Jesus, and the truth of the bible.
