There's a temptation among Christians to isolate ourselves... keep ourselves "safe" and protected from the culture, but Jesus invites us to actually mix and mingle with those who need hope the most. After all, Jesus said, "I came for the sinners, not the righteous... it's the sick who need a doctor, not the healthy".

What if one of the best ways to take Jesus outside of the church and into the real world was simply to be a good neighbour. It's really hard to love someone well though if you don't even know their name.
