Some are now saying that the cost savings by cutting the EPA budget will be much larger than the dollars indicated, because the reduction of regulations will result in cost savings to those who have been required to follow them. Opponents say the result will be chaos--in part because many programs are funded from multiple sources making it difficult to isolate their funding.
