A shorter Memorial Day weekend podcast, with my only interview being Chelsea Doyle. However, this is NOT about coronavirus and, instead, I talk about the state of politics in this age of the pandemic. As much as I would like to talk about anything but coronavirus, we can't see to develop a plan for reopening our society in the midst of this pandemic. So the ranting (or analysis) continues unabated. Also, therapist Lynda Doyle, Entertainment Editor Chelsea Doyle, and my Top Five of the week: Omissions from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 

The debate continues as to when to open, how much to open, and the balance between fear of the coronavirus resurgence and the restoration of life as we know it. Plus an interview with therapist Lynda Doyle and Entertainment Editor Chelsea Doyle talks about Westworld. 

For my first NewstoME podcast I asked my long time talk radio show partner Mike Violette to let me interview him - twice! Plus Amy and Chelsey Doyle with the news story of the week and the entertainment tip of the week. 

My overall take on the pandemic. I began as a naysayer, although I was eventually converted to a believer. But is the media responsible for creating more panic than necessary? Next week will be my first interview - with my ex radio partner Mike Violette (whom you can hear on Legacy 1160 WSKW).

To get past the story of my departure from WGAN, I am using my first "official" podcast to tell the story of my "release from radio bondage."
