- Jeffrey Donaldson: NEW Allegations, Secret Payments & Overseas Trips
Jeffrey Donaldson is already serving a 15-year sentence for historical child sex offences, but NEW allegations, revelations about government payments and questions surrounding his time at Westminster are now emerging.
In this News With Peter investigation, we examine the latest developments involving the former DUP leader, including a separate rape allegation reportedly involving the Houses of Parliament, which is now being investigated by the Metropolitan Police.
We also look at revelations that Donaldson previously held positions on parliamentary bodies concerned with children's rights, prompting calls for a full independent investigation into his activities as an MP.
Meanwhile, newly released Ministry of Defence documents reveal details of Donaldson's overseas consultancy work in Cameroon, including government-funded travel and payments.
Official parliamentary records show payments totalling £11,751.54, while TUV MP Jim Allister has been demanding answers about Donaldson's international activities and government contracts.
